Yes, we bring all the necessary products and equipment to complete the service. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning products, please provide them and let us know in advance which products you would like us to use. This allows us to review the instructions beforehand. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the results when using products we are not specifically trained on.

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Pricing is based on the size of the space, type of service, frequency, and specific needs. We provide a detailed estimate after a brief assessment.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something wasn’t done as agreed, we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost (please notify us within 24 hours).
